We hire only the most experienced and knowledgeable Accredited Tour Guides, who are genuinely invested in our guests and want every tour group (big or small) to have the most memorable time.

Our guides are well presented and qualified for the role they have. We trust our guides and feel as though they are more than capable to assist with any issues you may have while you are on your tour.

Our drivers are experienced and possess all necessary documentation, ensuring that you enjoy the smoothest ride.

We have a zero-tolerance on drinking and driving, ensuring that every member of the driving staff is sober and alert on every trip they take, and by accomplishing that we make sure to do a Breathalyzer test before any of our staff gets behind the wheel of our vehicles.

Our vehicles are all roadworthy and licences are up to date. All permits are in place for our vehicles so there will be no administrative speed bumps on your journey with us.

We ensure that our staff all have a minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in the industry and we conduct a thorough background check on each person. Your safety and comfort are our number one priority!

To ensure the utmost safety of our guests, at least one staff member on your tour is a trained First Aider and a First Aid kit will always be with our drivers/guides.

Customer service is an important part of our culture and our clients are our top priority, so if at any point on your tour you are displeased or require specialised assistance, please do speak to one of the staff so we can assist you to the best of our ability.

We will always do our utmost to ensure that every guest has the best experience. We provide transport for disabled or elderly passengers who may need additional assistance. Should you also require a baby seat for your little ones, we will also ensure that we have one included for our tours and transfers.
