This tour is a unique experience of the mountain views, greenbelts, and bike routes of the Constantia Valley. The bike ride will meander through the wine farms of the Constantia Valley – starting at Steenberg Vineyards and visiting other wine farms along the way.
At the starting point, guests will be given a privately guided Terroir walk on Steenberg Wine Estate. This will provide guests with a basic understanding of the land and the wine making process.
After that, guests will spend the rest of the morning exploring the hidden views and beauty of Constantia by bicycle. There will be opportunities to stop for photos of picturesque views as well as taste some of the delicious wines of the area. The tour will include a gourmet picnic lunch halfway. Guests will embark on a short hike at Eagles Nest, followed by a wine tasting at the award-winning Beau Constantia Wine Estate.
